2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- We offer standard and express shipping options Australia-wide via reputable courier services.

- Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a specified promotional dollar value.

- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to collect the package from a postal facility, BioSkinetics Skincare Australia is not liable for delays or redelivery charges.
5. Address Accuracy
- Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase.
- BioSkinetics Skincare Australia is not liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
- Once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the recipient.
- BioSkinetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
- If a parcel is damaged during transit, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by photos and order details.
